We are big enough to manage our own servers and have total flexibility to meet our customers' needs, and yet still small enough to be on a first-name basis with most of our customers. That's our niche! We don't have hundreds of call center agents reading from a script, we just have a few phone lines. If we're all helping other people (which almost never happens) we really will call you right back - usually within a half hour. But more importantly, the people you talk to are the same people that set up the servers, and the same people you'll talk to next time you need something. We've also installed a new, improved support ticket system and brought the average response time down to 15 minutes - even at 4am. We're just a few people working to make a hosting service that's great to work with, easy to use, powerful, and highly reliable - all at the same time.

Reliability
Our servers are at ServerMatrix in Dallas, TX - one of the best datacenters in the country, and our home for three years now. (At least some of the hosts you might be comparing are likely in the same building.) This central location is situated where several large Internet backbone networks connect, proving the fastest possible access to the US and customers worldwide.

On our servers, we use redundant RAID-0 drives to ensure that even a physical hard drive failure results in no downtime. We employ an impartial 3rd-party monitoring company to check our systems every single minute, and regularly earn monthly uptimes of 99.99% to even 100%.
